Severity Levels Reference
Section titled “Severity Levels Reference”Plans uses severity levels to classify condition issues and electrical problems found during inspections.
Condition severity levels
Section titled “Condition severity levels”When creating condition notes, you can assign one of these severity levels:
- Critical
- Serious
- Less serious
- Possible
Electric severity levels
Section titled “Electric severity levels”When creating electric notes with Is there a defect? enabled, you can assign one of these severity levels:
- Risk of shock
- Risk of fire
- Illegal installation
- Needs further investigation
Assigning severity levels
Section titled “Assigning severity levels”In iOS App:
For Condition Notes:
- Tap Notes section in project
- Tap Add Note or select existing condition note
- Set Category to Condition
- Select severity level from dropdown
- Add photos and description
For Electric Notes:
- Tap Notes section in project
- Tap Add Note or select existing electric note
- Set Category to Electric
- Toggle Is there a defect? to ON
- Select electric severity level from dropdown
- Add photos and description
In Web Platform:
Severity levels are assigned during iOS capture and displayed as read-only information in the web platform. To change severity, edit the note in the iOS app.
