Condition Notes

Use condition notes to document building conditions with severity levels.

Add a condition note

1. Tap Notes button
2. Select Condition Category
3. Choose Severity:
   • Critical
   • Serious
   • Less serious
   • Possible
4. Tap camera icon to add photos
5. Write Description
6. Tap Save

The note saves with your selected severity level and links to current location.

Severity levels

Four severity levels available:

• Possible
• Less serious
• Serious
• Critical

Take photos

• Tap camera icon
• Take new photos or select from library
• Add multiple photos per note

Use AR annotations for precision

For condition notes requiring exact location marking:

1. Use 3D annotation mode instead of regular note capture
2. Place 3D pin at the exact spot
3. Select Condition Category
4. Set Severity
5. Add photos and Description

Filter and review

• Filter by Severity
• Sort by location
• Review in AR using 3D annotation mode
• Generate reports

Troubleshooting

Severity level not saving

• Ensure you selected a severity before saving
• Check all required fields are filled
• Try again or restart app

Photos not attaching

• Check camera permissions in Settings
• Ensure sufficient storage space
• Try taking photos instead of selecting from library

Note not linked to correct location

• Verify you’re in correct room/area before creating note
• Edit note to change location if needed
• Use AR annotations for more precise positioning
