Technical Installations Overview

The Installations tab allows you to configure building technical systems.

Accessing technical installations

1. Open project editing view
2. Click Installations tab in right panel (third tab)

Interface features

Category Navigation

• Category icons at top
• ScrollSpy navigation highlights current section
• Installations grouped by category

Adding Installations

• Click category to expand
• Click Add Installation button
• Select installation type from dropdown
• Configuration form opens

Installation categories

1. Heating

• Heat Supply
• Secondary Heat Supply
• Heat Distribution System
• Heat Distribution Pump
• Heat Distribution Pipe
• Automatic Control
• Internal Heat Contribution

2. Ventilation and Cooling

• Ventilation
• Ventilation Duct
• Cooling

3. Domestic Hot Water

• Hot Water Consumption
• Hot Water Tank
• Hot Water Circulation Pump
• Hot Water Charging Pump
• Hot Water Electric Heater
• Hot Water Pipe

4. Renewable Energy

• Heat Pump
• Solar Cell
• Solar Heating Plant

Adding installations

1. Click category section
2. Click Add Installation button
3. Select installation type from dropdown
4. Fill configuration form fields
5. Click Save button

Editing installations

1. Locate installation in category list
2. Click installation name
3. Form opens with current values
4. Edit fields
5. Click Save button

Deleting installations

1. Locate installation in list
2. Click Delete button (or trash icon)
3. Confirm deletion in dialog

Common form fields

Template Title

• Text field for installation name

Status

• Text field for status notes

Internal Note

• Text field for documentation

Category and Subcategory

• Auto-set based on installation type

Saving configuration

1. Fill required fields (marked with asterisk)
2. Verify field formats (decimal, numeric, date)
3. Click Save button
4. Configuration applies to project

Troubleshooting

Can’t add installation

• Check you have edit permissions
• Verify category is expanded
• Try refreshing page

Installation not saving

• Check all required fields are filled
• Verify numeric fields have valid numbers
• Check decimal fields use 0.00 format
• Verify internet connection
• Try saving again

Installation not appearing in list

• Check correct category is expanded
• Verify installation was saved
• Try scrolling in category section
• Refresh installations panel

Delete button not working

• Check you have edit permissions
• Verify internet connection
• Try refreshing page

Form fields not appearing

• Check Installations tab is selected
• Verify category is expanded
• Try scrolling in panel
• Refresh page
