Heat Pump Systems
Heat Pump Systems
Section titled “Heat Pump Systems”Configure heat pump systems in the Heating category of the Installations tab.
Accessing heat pump configuration
Section titled “Accessing heat pump configuration”- Open project editing view
- Click Installations tab in right panel
- Navigate to Heating category
- Locate Heat Pump section
- Click to expand or add new heat pump
Configuration fields
Section titled “Configuration fields”Template Title
- Text field for installation name

- Dropdown: Utility Water, Room Heating, Combined, Duo

Room heating fields
Section titled “Room heating fields”Appears when is Room Heating, Combined, or Duo.

Saving configuration
Section titled “Saving configuration”- Fill required fields
- Click Save button
- Configuration applies to project
Field format notes
Section titled “Field format notes”Decimal Fields:
- Use format 0.00 (e.g., 3.5)
- Do not use percentages
Numeric Fields:
- Enter numbers only
- Check field label for units (kW, W, °C, m³/h)
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Can’t save configuration
- Check required fields are filled
- Verify numeric fields have valid numbers
- Check decimal fields use 0.00 format
- Try refreshing page
Fields not appearing
- Check dropdown selection
- Utility Water shows Hot Water fields only
- Room Heating shows Room Heating fields only
- Combined/Duo shows both sections
Other Source Temperatures not showing
- Set Cold Medium to “Other Source”
- Monthly temperature fields will appear below
Configuration not saving
- Check internet connection
- Verify you have edit permissions
- Try saving again
