Uploading Projects
Upload your project to share results and sync data to the cloud.
Upload button location
Section titled “Upload button location”The upload functionality is in the Project Overview screen:
- Open your project
- The upload button appears in the bottom drawer
- Tap the Complete Project button
- Review your project data and confirm upload
Complete project
Section titled “Complete project”- Open your project to Project Overview screen
- Tap Complete Project button in the bottom drawer
- Review the upload preview showing rooms and scans
- Scroll to the bottom to enable the Upload button
- Tap Upload to start
- Wait for upload to complete
What gets uploaded
Section titled “What gets uploaded”Data synced:
- Project Details - Address, building type, construction year
- Floor Structure - All stories and types
- Room Data - All rooms with names, heating types, properties
- Scan Data - 3D scans for all rooms marked “Scanned”
- Notes - Project-level notes
- Materials - Saved materials
- Azimuth - North direction setting
Upload requirements
Section titled “Upload requirements”Internet connection
Section titled “Internet connection”- Active internet connection required
- Upload will fail if connection is lost
- Ensure stable connection before starting
Storage space
Section titled “Storage space”- Scans temporarily stored locally during upload
- Check available space in device settings if having issues
Account requirements
Section titled “Account requirements”- Valid user account required
- Must be logged in to upload
Upload progress
Section titled “Upload progress”While uploading:
- A circular progress indicator shows upload status
- Upload happens in the foreground only
- Keep the app open until upload completes
- Screen will stay on during upload
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Upload button not visible
- Check the bottom drawer in Project Overview
- Ensure you have rooms and scans to upload
- Button may be disabled if required data is missing
Upload fails
- Check internet connection
- Verify account login status
- Check error message for details
- Try again after a few moments
- Restart the app if problem persists
Can’t see uploaded project on web
- Wait a few minutes for processing
- Refresh web browser
- Verify you’re logged into correct account
