Project Overview

The Project Overview screen displays all project sections and navigation.

Project overview sections

The screen contains five main sections:

3D scan

• Floor Cards - Each floor displays as a card
• Room Count - Number of rooms per floor
• Tap a Floor - Opens Story Overview
• Add Room/Story - Tap button to add new floor or room

Materials

• Saved Materials - Materials added to project
• Add Materials - Tap to add items

Notes

• Project-level notes
• Tap to create - Add text and media
• View existing - See all project notes

Azimuth

• North Indicator - Shows building orientation
• Tap to Adjust - Set north direction

Upload

• Upload Button - Share and sync project
• Sync Status - Shows current sync state

Navigation flow

The app has three levels:

1. Project Overview

   • View all floors
   • Access project-wide features

2. Story Overview (Tap a floor card)

   • View 3D preview of floor
   • See list of rooms
   • Add or manage rooms

3. Room Overview (Tap a room)

   • View room details
   • Manage room scanning
   • Add room-specific notes

Project details

At the top of the screen:

• Address - Building location
• Building type - Detached, Semi-Detached, Terraced, or Multi-Family
• Construction year - When built

Quick actions

From the Project Overview:

• Add Floor or Materials - Tap the button in the bottom drawer (changes based on whether materials are set)
• View a Floor - Tap any floor card
• Add Materials - Tap button in Materials section
• Edit Notes - Tap button in Notes section
• View Azimuth - Check Azimuth section for north direction status
• Upload Project - Tap Complete Project button in drawer

Troubleshooting

Floor cards not showing

• Check if floors have been added
• Verify project loaded correctly
• Try closing and reopening project

Upload button not working

• Check internet connection
• Verify you’re signed in
• Ensure project has data to upload
